Orders to Canada
Yes, we ship to Canada. However, you should anticipate not only a shipping cost, but also customs and duties. This is why we encourage you to shop local and you can find a list of dealers carrying our products here: International Dealers.
We ship with either USPS (new!) or UPS. We will provide an estimate of the shipping cost before the order is completed, however we are unable to provide estimates for additional fees (see below).
Do you ship to Canada?
Although our products are manufactured here in the United States, not all of our raw materials originate in qualifying territories and therefore, our products are NOT exempt on the NAFTA agreement and will not be delcared as such. Our understanding is that customs and duties may be as much (or more) than 16% of the order. In addition, depending on the carrier (UPS, USPS) you may be charged a brokerage fee.
Unfortunately, we are only able to provide the shipping cost through our carrier (UPS or USPS) and we are unable to estimate customs, duties, or brokerage fees.
What additional fees will be charged?
Yes, however, the only website able to take our international orders at this time is our eBay store. Not all of our products are listed, but can be easily added. Please send an email to if you would like us to add a product or combine products together into one order.
Other than eBay, you can all in your order to 800-447-6259 and we can give you a shipping estimate with either USPS or UPS service.
Can I shop online?
Starting July 1, we are now shipping orders to Canada using USPS (United States Postal Service)!
We recently got set up to process international orders through USPS! Please be aware we are able to provide shipping pricing for either UPS or USPS but we are still not able to estimate customs / duties / brokerage fees. Additional frequently asked questions are listed here and if you can't find what you need, please give us a call at 800-447-6259 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
